The user, named Ertan P, was accused by prosecutors in the eastern province of Muş of 'writing harmful content' for including the name of God and the Prophet. The court rejected the defendant's claim that his account was hacked and he was handed 15 months behind bars.
C.C. is the abbreviation of the honorific Arabic phrase 'Celle Celaluhu' which means, '[Allah's] glory is so almighty.' His handle, still live on Twitter, also included the Prophet's name.
BREAKING NEWS: Boko Haram Kidnaps Two Traditional Rulers In Borno State
The extremist Boko Haram sect has kidnapped two first class traditional rulers in Borno state – the Emir of Uba, Ismaila Mamza and the Emir of Gwoza, Idrisa Timta, security officials aware of the incidence have told PREMIUM TIMES.
The two emirs were seized by gun-wielding insurgents at 10a.m Friday [May 30] near Shaffa while they were travelling to Gombe to attend the funeral of the Emir of Gombe, Shehu Abubakar, who died on Tuesday evening at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London, where he was undergoing treatment for cancer.
The two abducted emirs were elevated to First Class traditional ruler status only in January.
The Borno state government is yet to issue an official statement on the abduction.

Family Members Stoned Pregnant Woman To Death In Broad Daylight

According to a Pakistani police investigator Rana Mujahid, the
25-year-old woman was stoned to death because she married the man she
loved.

onlookers in front of the high court of Lahore.

Minnesota.

twitter to say "Famous for dayzzzzzzz," and "P0*nstar Status."
But it seems like the taunts from former classmates started getting to
her and on April 16, she drove out to Big Carnelia Lake and took her
own life with a shotgun she bought.
According to her family who said she had long suffered from
depression, the online harassment contributed to her deciding to
commit suicide.
On a fundraiser page they started to fight cyberbullying, they wrote,
"Alyssa like so many other teens was a victim of bully and sadly the
bullying lead to her death. Social media has revolutionized the way
people bully each other now days. Now you can say whatever you want
and not have to look the person in the face while doing it."
Meanwhile, the Washington County (Minn.) Sheriff's Office is

Sahara Reporters reports that Ms Fadipe, who served as a salesgirl at a local food business run by Mr Nwanze's family for 3 years, was attacked by an angry Nwaeze on Friday May 9th, after she argued with him when he accused of her of not remitting N50,000 into the business account.
After the acid attack, the matter was reported at the Badagry Police Station, and Mr. Nwaeze had boasted that no one could arrest him. Currently, residents say, Nwaeze belched his car radio speakers loudly whenever driving in the street, with a carriage posting to show that he is above impunity since the May 9th incident.
A resident in the street told SaharaReporters that it is part of Mr. Nwaeze's forte, to "intimidate and oppress people with impunity," due to his status as a Customs Officer.
The victim, Tope Fadipe, is currently being treated for her severe burns at the Badagry General Hospital. Witnesses and doctors say her condition is worsening since that attack.

They speak of and reflect the essence of Ancient Greece with it's rich and exciting history, it's extraordinary heroes and heroines and it's all-powerful and all-knowing gods, titans and immortals. How I wish that I could conjure up such great and powerful words about the history of my nation Nigeria and her heroes past. How I wish that the Nigerian people had their own Odysseus' , Achilles', Agamemnons and Hectors.
How I wish they had their own ancient poets and great thinkers like Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and Homer who could remind generations to come about our past exploits with their inspiring, compelling and historic prose.
Yet I look at the Nigeria of today and I am not encouraged or inspired. As a matter of fact I am deeply saddened. I see no heroes on the horizon but only questionable pretenders and fallen caricatures that have sold their heritage and destiny for a mess of pottage and that couldn't give a fig about what history or posterity will say about them or their country. Many have asked why I should say such things. Permit me to answer that pertinent question by posing a few of my own.
I start by asking: is this the Nigeria of Murtala Mohammed and Theophilius Danjuma? Is this the nation that helped to liberate Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and South Africa?
Is this the nation that restored sanity and stability to Sierra Leonne, that brought an end to a civil war in Liberia, that fought so gallantly in Burma and Somalia and that quelled a military coup in Sao Tome and Principe?
Is this the nation whose wealth once knew no bounds and whose middle class once owned the finest cars and properties in London, Paris and New York? Is this the nation whose beautiful people once graced the streets of Belgravia, Chelsea, Hampstead and Knitsbridge?
Is this the country that once nationalized BP and that gave Margaret Thatcher sleepless nights over apartheid South Africa ? Is this the nation that once stood up to the mighty Boers and whose ancestors studied at Oxford and Cambridge as far back as the 1800's?
Is this the nation whose inhabitants and various ethnic nationalities once ruled vast empires and whose progenitors contributed so much to the traditions, religion and culture of Ancient Egypt?
Is this the country that once fought a bitter and brutal civil war, yet declared ''no victor, no vanquished'' and, in the spirit of love, came back as one? Is this the country which has been through thick and thin and yet whose people remained ever so resilient and always put a smile on their faces?
Is this the country where giants once held court and where the greats of old once presided? Where did we go wrong? What has happened to our people and what has afflicted our country? When did our leaders become spineless cowards and deceivers? When did the green white green of our nation's flag become soiled with human faeces and when was it torn to shreds?
When did we shy away from fighting our own battles and prosecuting our own wars? When did we start bowing our heads in shame as events unfold in our country? When did we start sitting down silently as international newscasters speak about our nation in painful, disdainful, hushed and condescending tones?
What has happened to the ever courageous, ever smiling, ever confident and ever dependable Nigerian who shook the world with his arrogance and confidence and who spoke of his nation with pride and joy?
What has happened to our great army that was once the pride of Africa and that once made us so proud? What has happened to our great intellectuals and our men and women of courage and vision who once, like a collosus, bestrode the world?
What has happened to the stubborn and proud yet warm, friendly and profoundly good people that Nigerians once were? What has happened to the people that were once regarded as the hope of Africa and the pride of every black man on the planet?
Where and when did we go astray? How and when did it all go wrong? When did we lose our strength, our wealth, our honour and our power? When did we lose our excellence, our confidence, our dignity and our self-respect? When did we become so weak and so helpless? When did we turn into killers, savages and barbarians?
When did we become so pitiful that the whole world mocks us and heaps insults on us so easily? When did they start saying that we have ''no serious government'', that we have ''lost control of large portions of our nation'' and that we can't even protect our own children? When did we become incapable of defending our borders and protecting our people?
When did we turn into a laughing stock and a reference point for incompetence, stupidity, cowardice, ignorance, evil, cluelessness and all that is bad to the rest of the world?
When did other nations start giving us lessons on how to fight insurgency and how to prosecute our wars? When did our people start clamouring for foreign armies to enter our land, violate our sovereignty and march on our sacred soil?
When did we start having to ask others to come and solve our local problems? O Nigeria, how are the mighty fallen. Truly ours is a nation afflicted. She is finished and there is little hope of any form of redemption or resurrection.
The honeymoon is over and the glory has departed. One hundred years of a forced and failed marriage has ended in a bitter yet undeniable divorce. We have lost it all and there is no going back. Those that wish to break up our nation for sport and bring our people to their knees have had their way.
Those that wish to watch us slaughter one another in an orgy of mindless violence and that wish to establish their AFRICOM in our shores will soon be here and we shall be occupied forever.
O Nigeria, how are the mighty fallen. I loved Nigeria but now I have stopped believing in her. She is saddled with many different sub- nations that were simply incompatible right from the start.
She is plagued and cursed with one particular sub-nation whose ruling elite are dangerous and unyielding, whose guile and deceit is second to none, who treat their own people with contempt and derision, who believe that they were born to rule, who think that power belongs to them, who suppress the religious and ethnic minorities within their ranks and who were taught from an early age that there was none besides them. Those people have killed Nigeria. They and those who have consistently bowed and trembled before them and who have always allowed them to have their way.
Our nation has become a cruel joke- she is a maliciously contrived contraption that has shattered many dreams and frustrated many ambitions and aspirations. This was a country that was created for the benefit of just a few at the cost of the misery and pain of so many.
I will never accept the idea of living in a nation side by side with religious extreemists who slit the throats of children, who habitually slaughter the innocents and who abduct and fornicate with small girls. Animals have no place in the homes of men.
It is time for us to stop pretending: let the terrorists and their friends in high places break away and establish their own country where they can marry as many young girls as they please and chop off as many limbs as they want. Let them form a nation where they can stone adulterers and turn women into chattels that are not even worthy of life.
Let those of us from the west establish Oduduwa and let us celebrate and enjoy our freedom from the bondage and ineptitude of a cruel failed state that has no soul and that lacks humanity and compassion.
Let us be liberated from the deceit that is known as Nigeria: a nation that once was but that is no more. Let us be free of Nigeria: a nation where injustice, evil, persecution, insensitivity, impunity, terror, graft and wickedness reign supreme.
Let us be rid of Nigeria: a country where those of us that had the misfortune of being born on the ''wrong'' side of the regional divide or who are adherents of the ''wrong'' religious faith are butchered for our heritage and can never be treated as equals. Give us Oduduwa or let us die.
Yet we will eventually take our freedom by force if it is not freely given to us. We shall take it by fire: by the shedding of blood and by our own bleeding if necessary. We will take it by fire and by sacrificing our lives if that is what we are forced to do.
What we will never do is continue to live in perpetual slavery in a nation called Nigeria that is afflicted with feeble rulers and peopled by religious bigots, sexual deviants and bloodthirsty terrorists.
We shall not allow ourselves to be consumed by the weakness and ineptitude of our present-day rulers and the sheer incompetence of those that do not have the courage or the moral authority to crush the beasts that have abducted and enslaved our girls.

General Buhari’s Son arrested by EFCC over Alleged N20m Fraud
According to a report by Sahara Reporters, Buhari was arrested over a "transaction that has the trappings of voodoo investment scheme".
He allegedly obtained N20 million from one Mrs Florence Nwokocha, with the aim of investing in a lucrative oil and gas business with promises of mouth watery returns to the investor.
According to the report, Buhari was allegedly introduced to the lady by his account officer at Ecobank Plc and he agreed to pay 30 percent annual interest on the sum to Nwokocha.
It was learnt that once the money was transferred, Buhari withdrew all the money but never fulfilled his agreement of paying any interest to the woman.
Sources at the EFCC informs that the suspect claims he ran into trouble after he lost the bank guarantee, which he secured from another new generation bank.
According to sources, Buhari claimed that the bank voided the guarantee on the ground that the branch of the bank that processed it was not competent to do so.
Buhari is still in the custody of the anti-graft agency as investigations in the case continue.

The lifeless body of Ifeayinwa, who is reported to have been head over heels in love with her lover-turned-killer to the extent that she moved him with him even though they were not yet married, was discovered in front of the Eliozu Health Centre by the Chief Medical Officer of the centre, Dr. Ama Flag-Amachree, recently.
Dr. Flag-Amachree who reported the matter to the Okporo Divisional Police Station, disclosed that she notice three incisions on Ifeanyiwa's buttocks which she had reason to believe where caused by injection syringe. The Chief Medical Officer told the police that Ifeayinwa's lifeless body was dumped in front of the health centre by unknown persons.
But according to police investigation, Ahamehule who attended Government Technical College, Port Harcourt and his heartthrob had a cosy relationship until he alleged that the late Ifeayinwa started receiving some suspicious phone calls, supposedly from members of the opposite sex.
Ahamehule tearfully confided in the police during questioning that he was enraged by the frequent calls from unknown persons, and in anger, he asked Ifeayinwa out of his family house where they had been cohabiting since 2012. Ifeayinwa's father, Godwin Ani, told the police at Okporo Police Station that Ifeayinwa, his fourth daughter, was cohabiting with Ahamehule before her death.
Ani told the police that he never approved of his daughter's decision to move in with her man, saying he had gone to Ahamehule's family and asked his daughter to return home, but his plea fell on deaf ears, even as Ifeayinwa had claimed that Ahamehule owed her the sum of N51,000, and vowed not to return to her father until Ahamehule paid his alleged debt.
Upon Dr. Flag-Amachree's shock find and the statement made to the police by Ifeayinwa's father, the police at Okporo Divisional Police went to Ahamehule's family home to arrest the suspect, but discovered that he had absconded from his family home. Ahamehule later came to the police station with his lawyer. Ahamehule in his statement to the police stated that he saw Ifeayinwa last in November last year.
He disclosed that he gave her N20, 000 which she needed for an abortion. Speaking on the matter, the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Tunde Ogunsakin, stressed: "It is important that parents should stress the importance of living a responsible life to their children…
Abortion is a dangerous option, and so people who have no desire to raise children should abstain… many things are happening. We need to properly instruct our children and wards," he said. Ogunsakin, however, said that the matter has been referred to the State Criminal Investigation Department of the Police Command for further investigation, adding that Ahamehule will be charged to court if found guilty.

Justice O. A. Adeniyi of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Friday convicted and sentenced one Ebiloma Abdullahi to 12 years imprisonment for forgery and obtaining money by false pretence.
A statement by the spokesperson of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) Wilson Uwujaren, said the convict was arraigned in November 2009 on a 7-count charge of impersonation, forgery and obtaining money by false pretence.
Mr. Abdullahi, who paraded himself as a student of Federal University of Technology, Minna, was said to have assumed the position of the National President of the National Association of Nigeria Student, NANS, and in such capacity paid courtesy visits to Isa Yuguda, governor of Bauchi State; Alhaji Sani Lulu, former Chairman of the Nigerian Football Association, NFA; from whom he obtained the sum of N500,000 under the pretense that the money would be used to mobilize Nigeria students to support the Super Eagles.
Justice Adeniyi found the accused guilty on count one and seven for forgery and obtaining money by false pretense and consequently sentenced him to two years on count one and 10 years imprisonment on count seven without an option of fine.
The sentences are to run concurrently. The convict was, however, discharged and acquitted on counts two to six.

A statement by the spokesperson of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) Wilson Uwujaren, said the convict was arraigned in November 2009 on a 7-count charge of impersonation, forgery and obtaining money by false pretence.
Mr. Abdullahi, who paraded himself as a student of Federal University of Technology, Minna, was said to have assumed the position of the National President of the National Association of Nigeria Student, NANS, and in such capacity paid courtesy visits to Isa Yuguda, governor of Bauchi State; Alhaji Sani Lulu, former Chairman of the Nigerian Football Association, NFA; from whom he obtained the sum of N500,000 under the pretense that the money would be used to mobilize Nigeria students to support the Super Eagles.
Justice Adeniyi found the accused guilty on count one and seven for forgery and obtaining money by false pretense and consequently sentenced him to two years on count one and 10 years imprisonment on count seven without an option of fine.
The sentences are to run concurrently. The convict was, however, discharged and acquitted on counts two to six.

Boy Suffocates To Death Inside A Grave While Trying To Behead a Corpse! *PHOTOS*
The people of Ilobu, headquarters of Irepodun Local Government Area of Osun State, yesterday woke up to be confronted by a bizarre development as the body of a young man, simply identified as Abdullahi, was found in a grave where he was allegedly attempting to cut off and exhume the skull of a corpse buried not long ago.
The incident, which happened around Imam Aroun Compound in the nascent town, was said to have drawn a lot of crowd from the nearby Olobu market.
According to an eyewitness account, Abdullahi, described by a resident of the community who preferred anonymity as a member of a notorious youth gang in the community, was said to have been spotted along Palace Road the night before, while fighting a lady for a yet to be identified reason.
The 20-year-old Abdullahi, who was said to also hail from the Tooto Compound in the same town, was said to have dug a hole around the grave in the middle of the night on Tuesday to gain access to the corpse since the concrete used over the grave barred him from digging it directly.
However, investigation revealed that while trying to peep through the hole into the grave, the upper parts of his body went deep inside the grave and it became difficult for him to come out, and he suffocated to death in the process.
Passers-by who discovered his body with only his legs remaining outside the hole shouted and called the attention of people, who came and managed to remove his remains.
When the police arrived the scene, they reportedly visited the late Abdullahi's family, with no one in sight, as his family members were said to have deserted their home having learnt of the incident.
In a telephone chat with the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Ojutu Police Station in the community, Ms. Talatu, she refused to comment on the matter, saying only the Police Commissioner in the state or the Police Public Relations Officer, has the authority to talk on the matter.
When The Nigerian Times called the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mrs. Odoro, she said she was at a programme and could not speak but would get across to the correspondent. She was yet to call back as at the time of filing this report.

APC Governors Donate 100 Million Naira to Nyanya Bomb Blast Victims
The governors of All Progressives Congress (APC) under the umbrella of the Progressive Governors Forum ( PGF) yesterday announced that they were donating 100 million naira to support the victims of Nyanya bomb blast. Yesterday, May 14th marked exactly one month the incident happened.
Chairman of the forum, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state explained that the forum is ready to work with the Federal Government to ensure the rescue of the girls kidnapped from the Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State. He also said that they were "deeply concerned about the growing state of insecurity and unequivocally committed to working with the Federal Government, local communities and international partners to ensure that all the school girls criminally abducted from the school are returned to their families safe and sound."
"We shall also undertake the rebuilding of the Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok to ensure that the students are able to resume normal life.
"More than ever before, we are resolute in our determination to move our dear nation forward. Successful fight against terrorism is a critical precondition for stability and constitutional governance. The Standard Hotel, New York, venue where Solange's attack on JayZ occurred, announced on Wednesday that it has discovered and fired the person behind the leak of the tape that showed Beyonce's sister hitting Jay Z during an argument in one of its elevators.
According to the Associated Press, the hotel said the person had been terminated for "breaching the security polices of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video." The hotel said after the
video was first aired that it was "shocked and disappointed" by the security breach and they will now turn over "all available information to criminal authorities."
TMZ bought the tape for $250,000 after it being shopped for five days to the highest bidder. None of the high-profile stars have addressed the incident, and there's no word as to what set Solange off, but some theories have been presented. A source told People:

Two Kidnappers Escape Death In Ife (see full details )
Despite all the lynching and burning of kidnappers, two men were in the early hours of today caught around Seventh Day Adventist Hospital area in Ile ife, Osun State trying to kidnap two children. The two were nabbed with two Sacks containing two kids. They were apprehended when some people suspected what they were carrying and requested to see the content. They initially refused , saying it contained some goods but when asked to open it, they then wanted to take to their heels when they were caught.. On opening the sack, the almost lifeless bodies of the kids were seen inside the bag. They suspects were about to be lynched when SAS officers arrived with their armoured car and rescue them.They were then whisked away to the police station for further interrogation.

Civilians Kill 200 Boko Haram Terrorists In Borno attack yesterday
The rise of the civilians against terror took the Boko Haram saga to a new turn in the early hours ofTuesdaymorning when citizens of Rann, headquarters of Kala-Balge local government area, Borno northeast, who had fore-knowledge of an impending Boko Haram attack, decided not to remain sitting ducks but prepared for battle.
According to reports we received from Civilian sources in Borno, over 400 Boko Haram terrorists stormed Rann and neighboring villages in the early hours ofTuesday, with their usual convoy of hilux trucks, motorcycles and APC (Armored Personnel Carriers) only to meet villagers ready for them this time. The civilian villagers pounced on the terrorists with mere rocks, bows and arrows, local Dane guns, swords and "charms," but as we have earlier reported, Boko Haram are more frightened of Civilian-JTF than they are of the Nigerian army, and run from the civilians even if they - the civilians only have knives
The battle raged till the sun came up and ended with the civilians killing over 200 Boko Haram terrorists, capturing several prisoners and recovering several of their vehicles.
From an account of a civilian who participated in defending the neighborhoods, as reported in DailyTrust, "Our people also recovered over 70 motorcycles that the attackers came with. They also collected 2 Hilux vehicles and an Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) while some of the attackers were captured alive." [ Daily Trust]
This amazing victory of good over evil, promises a new direction in the war against terror that has wrecked hundreds of farming villages in the north of Nigeria in the last four years, largely unchecked by State security. Civilians determined to arrest a situation they believe the Nigerian security services has permitted to destroy their farming villages in various towns in the north east, have apparently decided take up a fighting posture against Boko Haram terrorists; no longer waiting for a military response that hardly ever comes.
Last week, Boko Haram terrorists ravaged Gondura Ngala town, freely without any hindrance from the Nigerian military drafted to the north, and decimated the entire town, killing over 300 residents. On April 14th, Boko Haram stormed Chibok and abducted over 200 girls. In that episode, Amnesty International reported that the Nigerian security services were fully informed of the impending attack, by civilian vigilantes and other Intel, several hours prior, yet did not alert or defend the village nor engage the terrorists for a full eight hours of the abduction, looting and destruction of the village.
A mother from Chibok reportedly told CNN, that "if the army is not ready to fight Boko Haram, then we will fight them ourselves." Apparently that day has come.
The Civilian-JTF and ENDS.ng civil rights group is pressing the Nigerian government for the civilians to have the right and government support, to bear arms, to end the terror scourge once and for all. The government is yet to officially respond to this urgent request as villagers remain at the mercy of Boko Haram terrorists.
The Shehu of Bama is reported to have ordered his citizens to go get guns, after his town was completely decimated twice by Boko Haram terrorists with no military response for the full eight hours of carnage. More towns are expected to follow suit as the nations leadership sleeps and permits terrorists the largely unhindered freedom to operate, massacre and destroy Nigeria's farmers and northern farming villages.

TMZ reports that the incident allegedly took place Monday night Sherman Oaks Castle Park, a complex in the San Fernando Valley with miniature golf and a batting cage.
The alleged female victim claims Bieber demanded to see her phone so he could erase any photos taken of his entourage, according to the report. The singer allegedly grabbed the woman's phone when she refused to give it to him.

Boko Haram Releases Photos and video of Abducted Chibok Schoolgirls
In the video which was obtained on Monday, May 12, 2014 by AFP, the leader of the terror group says he is willing to trade the girls of Government Secondary School, Chibok for the freedom of the arrested members of the sect being held by security operatives. Remember I told you sometime ago that a former Boko Haram negotiator had said this was BH's plan.
Around 130 of the missing Nigerian school girls seen in the video appear healthy & calm and wearing hijabs. Shekau also stated in the video that the abducted Christian girls have been converted to Islam.
Saudi Arabia’s Top Muslim Cleric Says Boko Haram Is A Misguided Disgrace To Islam (A must read)
On April 14, Boko Haram terrorists kidnapped 234 pupils from Government Girls Secondary School Chibok in Borno State and whisked them off to an unknown location, believed to be in the remote Sambisa Forest. Since the abduction, there has been an international outrage with even the world's most notorious terrorist network Al-Qaeda suggesting that Boko Haram have gone too far.
Yesterday, Sheikh Abdulaziz Al ash-Sheikh, the head of the Grand Mufti, Saudi Arabia's top religious authority condemned Boko Haram as a group set up to smear the image of Islam. He dismissed the movement, saying it was misguided and should be shown that it has towed the wrong path.
Sheikh Al ash-Sheikh added: "This is a group that has been set up to smear the image of Islam and must be offered advice, shown their wrong path and be made to reject it. These groups are not on the right path because Islam is against kidnapping, killing and aggression.
"Marrying kidnapped girls is not permitted. This is a gross misinterpretation of Islam." As Grand Mufti, Sheikh Al ash-Sheikh is the head of the Permanent Committee for Islamic Research and is the one charged with issuing fatwas. Although a very conservative and controversial person in the past, of late Sheikh Al as-Sheikh appears to have mellowed a bit lately as in on September 12, 2013, he issued a fatwa that suicide bombings are great crimes and bombers are criminals who rush themselves to hell by their actions.
Earlier this week, Islamic scholars from the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the world's largest Muslim body representing 57 countries, joined in denouncing the kidnapping. Also, Cairo's Al-Azhar Mosque, one of the oldest and most credible Sunni institutions of higher learning in the world, recently said the kidnapping has nothing to do with the tolerant and noble teachings of Islam.
Boko Haram leader Sheikh Abubakar Shekau, has threatened to sell the girls off in marriage in line with historical precedent. In the Youtube video broadcast to the world, Sheikh Shekau called the girls slaves, in reference to the ancient jihadi custom of enslaving women captured in a holy war, who then can be used as sex slaves by their captors.
